Abstract

Inclusive education is a legal mandate to guarantee educational rights for all children without exception. This training activity aims to enhance the managerial capacity and practical skills of early childhood education teachers in managing inclusive institutions in Enrekang Regency. The training was conducted on October 13-14, 2025, attended by 27 early childhood education teachers, and initiated by Gugah Nurani Indonesia Enrekang Regency. Implementation methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, case analysis, practice in developing inclusive daily lesson plans (RPPH), and microteaching. The materials covered the concept of inclusive schools, identification of children with special needs (ABK), inclusive learning strategies, and modification of learning media. Results showed an 81% increase in participants' understanding (from a score of 42 to 76), improved skills in developing inclusive RPPH, and high commitment to implementation. This activity serves as the initial step in transforming early childhood education in Enrekang Regency toward inclusive and equitable education.
