Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Anak Korban Ekspolitasi Seksual melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014

Abstract

This research aims to find out how legal protection can be implemented effectively to protect child victims of sexual exploitation through Law Number 35 of 2014 and to find out how law enforcement can be carried out effectively in taking action against perpetrators of crimes against children in cases of sexual exploitation. This research uses normative legal science, namely secondary sources by reading books, journals, laws and regulations related to the problems studied. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that legal protection of child victims of sexual exploitation through law number 35 of 2014 has been implemented by the government. Perpetrators of sexual violence against children will be subject to the penalties stipulated in Article 88 of Law No. 23 of 2002.
